Tokyo SkyTree

This poster design reflects my impression of Tokyo’s man-made and natural wonders at twilight. The concept was sketched from the passenger seat of a car over several visits to Tokyo. Bullet trains and rail cars snake through the mini-cities of Ginza and Shibuya as buildings, lights, and signboards pulsate. The bridges depicted represent the Sumidagawa Bridge which crosses the Sumida River and the Kiyosuna Bridge which crosses the Arakawa River. Inspiration for the rail cars was drawn from the Tobu Line, my connection to Tokyo when I'm in Japan. Enjoy and please visit Tokyo sometime!
