Scenic Hudson Parks

Entry and Informational Kiosk Signs for a system of parks along the Hudson River. The effort, which initially began with a pilot program of five parks: Black Creek Preserve, Mount Beacon, Poets Walk, Esopus Meadows Preserve, and Shaupeneak Ridge, would gradually expand to all 28 parks in the system at the time of fabrication (now 45+). In order to blend into their environments and promote sustainability, signs utilized reclaimed timber and recycled aluminum their construction with minimal use of hardware. Kiosk graphics engage visitors with orientation maps, park history, educational content, park system information and a drop-box/sign-up to encourage further interest in Scenic Hudson’s conservation efforts.
